TwoBirds Bridal Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to TwoBirds Bridal! We are thrilled to assist you in finding the perfect bridal gown for your special day. To ensure clarity and to help make your experience as enjoyable as possible, please review the following Terms and Conditions that govern your purchase. Understanding these terms will help you better prepare for your wonderful journey with us.

1. Product Selection and Purchase Conditions

  • Please choose your gown carefully. TwoBirds Bridal does not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a decision you later regret.
  • A 60% deposit is required at the time of your purchase. This deposit is non-refundable and confirms your commitment to the purchase of the gown.
  • The remaining balance of the gown must be paid in full before any alterations can begin.

2. Alterations

  • Alterations are often necessary to achieve the perfect fit for your gown and may incur additional charges. These can include adjustments to the hem, length, bodice, and more.
  • Should alterations be needed, we kindly ask that you schedule an appointment approximately 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day.
  • Please be aware that significant weight changes (gain or loss exceeding 5 kilos) must be reported to us promptly to ensure proper fitting. Re-measurement may be required, and additional charges may apply if the gown needs to be adjusted due to size changes after alterations have begun.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • All gown cancellations are subject to a minimum 30% cancellation fee of the total price, which covers administrative costs.
  • For stock gowns that are canceled, an additional monthly fee of 30% of the total price will be charged for each month the gown was held in our inventory.
  • A cancellation fee of 60% of the total price will be applied if production of your custom gown has already commenced.
  • Orders for gowns that have been made, altered, are made-to-measure, or are specially designed, cannot be canceled once production has started. These gowns must be paid for in full and collected; otherwise, all monies previously paid will be forfeited.

4. Collection and Final Approval

  • Upon collection of your gown, we ask that you thoroughly inspect the garment to ensure it meets your satisfaction and that you are happy with the condition. Once the gown leaves our premises, TwoBirds Bridal is no longer responsible for any damages or issues that may occur.

5. Sales Items

  • Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.

6. Vouchers

  • Vouchers issued by TwoBirds Bridal are subject to terms that may not be combined with any other offers.
